Join Jess for a 25ish-minute back workout. In the No BS Active structure, we do back workouts on Wednesdays, but we won't stifle your rebel spirit if that schedule doesn't work for you! This video can be completed any time you like! Remember that household items like water bottles (or wine bottles––we don't judge...), soup cans, etc. can be substituted for dumbbells if you don't have any. During this workout, we strive to show you many modifications so that you can complete it regardless of your fitness level. If you've got an activity tracker on your smart watch, you can set it to Functional Fitness or Cross Training. Let's work out!
