Each week, we update the suggested videos to showcase 8 videos: a brand new lower body workout (for Monday), upper body workout (for Tuesday), back workout (for Wednesday), core workout (for Thursday), and full body/cardio workout (for Friday). For Saturdays we include a stretch video, and then on Sundays we utilize a guided meditation, as well as offer a new unguided meditation that can be done daily. Although No BS Active is structured this way, you do not have to follow along with us! Wanna do lower body on Wednesday? Wanna stretch every day? Skip the Sunday guided meditation? We won't tell!
